Establishes a sick leave bank for Robert Tiro, an employee of the trial court of the commonwealth.
The bill mandates the trial court of the commonwealth to create a sick leave bank for Robert Tiro, an employee. Other employees can voluntarily donate their sick, personal, or vacation days to this bank for Robert Tiro to use in caring for his spouse. If Robert Tiro leaves the court or requests to dissolve the bank, any remaining days will transfer to the trial court paid leave bank. The leave days cannot be used for absences unrelated to the illness or disability that necessitated the bank's establishment.
