Massachusetts S2575 dissolves the Hampshire County Regional Housing Authority and transfers its functions to the Northampton Housing Authority. The Northampton Housing Authority will execute a certificate referencing the passage of this act and file it with the register of deeds for Hampshire county and the land court department. All files, legal and financial records, and other materials belonging to the Hampshire County Regional Housing Authority will be transferred to the Northampton Housing Authority.
