Massachusetts S2544 allows the Andover select board to call a special town meeting if petitioned by 200 voters or 5% of registered voters, whichever.

Massachusetts S2544 modifies the process for special town meetings in Andover. It requires the select board to call a special town meeting if petitioned by 200 registered voters or 5% of the total registered voters, whichever is greater.
