Recognizes the "Honor and Remember" flag as a symbol in Massachusetts to honor fallen service members.

The bill designates the "Honor and Remember" flag as a symbol in Massachusetts to honor and remember the lives of all members of the United States Armed Forces who have lost their lives while serving, or as a result of service, and their families. The flag, created by Honor and Remember, Inc., features a red field representing the blood shed by brave men and women, a white field and border recognizing the purity of that sacrifice, a blue star symbolizing active service in military conflicts, and a gold star signifying the ultimate sacrifice of a warrior.
