Establishes the InterCity Regional Passenger Rail Fund to finance rail transportation and allocates gaming revenue for rail expansion.

The bill establishes the InterCity Regional Passenger Rail Fund to finance rail transportation in Massachusetts. It allocates 25% of gross gaming revenues from Region D gaming licensees to this fund. The fund will support passenger/commuter rail expansion, starting with the Route 2 Corridor. The fund is managed by the commission and can be used for transportation-related expenses of the executive office of transportation.
