Massachusetts S2331 amends Chapter 128 of the General Laws to define agritourism. It specifies that agritourism can occur on land primarily used for commercial agriculture, aquaculture, silviculture, horticulture, floriculture, or viticulture. For land not primarily used for these purposes, agritourism is allowed if at least 75% of the land is dedicated to agriculture, 50% of agricultural products are used in agritourism activities, 25% of gross annual income comes from selling products produced on the land, and an additional 50% of gross annual income results from selling products produced.
