Massachusetts S2277 amends the General Laws to allow municipal light boards to provide services to municipal or state utilities, tribal utilities, or other publicly-owned or operated utilities, whether within or outside the Commonwealth. This includes constructing, installing, altering, operating, maintaining, or repairing utility poles, conduit, wires, cables, and equipment, as well as billing and selling, renting, or leasing related merchandise, equipment, fixtures, utensils, and chattels.
