This bill authorizes the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance to convey an easement across certain property in the Dorchester section of Boston to the Boston Gas Company. The easement allows for the installation of a standard gas main. The conveyance is subject to appraisal and inspector general review. The proceeds from the disposition will be credited to the UMass Boston Morrissey Boulevard Easement Fund, which will be administered by the chancellor of the University of Massachusetts Boston.
