Introduced Text

Establishes a $5,000 tax credit for Massachusetts residents paying for home health care and hospice services.

It allows a $5,000 deduction for those paying for home health care services for elderly parents or in-laws aged 60 or older, for their own home health care, and for home hospice services for themselves or others.
