Exempts active duty military personnel from state income tax while based out of state

Massachusetts S2050 amends Chapter 62 to exempt active duty military personnel from state income tax on wages earned while based outside the state. This change applies to Massachusetts residents who serve in the United States military and are stationed outside the Commonwealth.
