Massachusetts S2011 amends overtime pay rules for agricultural laborers.

Massachusetts S2011 modifies overtime pay rules for agricultural laborers by extending the overtime threshold from 40 to 55 hours per week for those engaged in primary or secondary agriculture. It also introduces a refundable tax credit for employers of agricultural workers, with the credit percentage decreasing as the number of employees increases, up to a maximum of 40%. The Department of Labor Standards will issue regulations to implement these changes.
