The land to be swapped includes a 38,000 square foot parcel for a 35,000 square foot parcel. The full and fair market value of the parcels will be determined by independent appraisals. Any consideration paid by Mary Faugno-Wiles will be deposited into the General Fund. Mary Faugno-Wiles will be responsible for all costs associated with the conveyance.
