Aligns University of Massachusetts police with state law and establishes a retirement incentive.

This bill amends the General Laws to align the University of Massachusetts police with state law by adding them to the list of authorized agents. It also mandates the state board of retirement to establish a retirement incentive for eligible University of Massachusetts police officers who retire within twelve months of the act's enactment.
