Massachusetts S1745 amends the teachers' retirement system to allow school business administrators to receive creditable service for any period of prior occupational experience required as a condition of their licensure by the Office of Elementary and Secondary Education. This creditable service can be applied towards retirement benefits, with a maximum of three years allowed. To qualify, the member must have paid into the Annuity Savings Fund and completed at least 10 years of membership service.
