Massachusetts S1741 amends the retirement options for certain educational personnel. It allows school nurses, school social workers, early childhood teachers, speech, occupational or physical therapists, and school business administrators who were eligible to participate in the alternative superannuation retirement benefit program on or before July 1, 2005, to elect to do so within 180 days of the act's effective date.
