Establishes an independent correctional oversight office to dismantle structural racism in Massachusetts correctional facilities.

The bill creates an independent correctional oversight office, the Inclusion, Diversity, Anti-Racism, and Equity Unit (IDAREU), to address structural racism in Massachusetts correctional facilities.
