Massachusetts S1457 amends Chapter 114 of the General Laws to allow towns, cities, cemetery corporations, or other entities responsible for cemeteries to permit the co-interment of both human and animal remains, including cremated remains. These entities can establish their own policies regarding fees and other requirements for such interments.
