Massachusetts S145 requires manufacturers of menstrual products sold in the state to list all ingredients on the product packaging in order of predominance. The label must be printed in visible, legible font no smaller than 10 points. Manufacturers must also post the ingredient information on an internet website in an electronically readable format. If an ingredient changes or a new ingredient is added, manufacturers must update the label and website information within 12 months and 6 months, respectively. Violation of these requirements carries a $1,000 fine.
