The transcriber will charge $4.50 per page for the original transcript and $1.50 per page for each copy, with reduced rates for indigent persons. Rush transcripts will cost $6.75 per page for the original and $2.25 per page for each copy, with lower rates for indigent persons. The rates will adjust annually based on the Consumer Price Index starting July 2030.
