The bill updates the juvenile justice policy and data board in Massachusetts by amending the composition and size of the board. It increases the board's membership from 21 to 23 members. The new board will include three individuals with past juvenile justice involvement, one from a list provided by The Transformation Center DBA Kiva Centers and another from the Parent/Professional Advocacy League, Inc.
