Establishes the Immigrant Legal Defense Fund to provide legal services to income-eligible immigrants facing removal proceedings.

The bill creates the Immigrant Legal Defense Fund to provide immigration legal services to income-eligible individuals facing removal proceedings. The fund will be administered by the office for refugees and immigrants within the executive office of health and human services. The fund will disburse grants to qualifying organizations and a designated coordinator to build a statewide, integrated system for immigrant legal representation. The coordinator will provide logistical support, technical assistance, and screening services.
