Establishes a Climate and Community Resilience Fund to support climate change adaptation and mitigation in Massachusetts.

The bill establishes a Climate and Community Resilience Fund to support climate change adaptation and mitigation efforts in Massachusetts. The fund will be administered by the secretary of energy and environmental affairs in consultation with a Climate Resilience advisory board. The fund will receive money from a property insurance fee, bond revenues, and other sources. The fund will support initiatives that address environmental injustices, prioritize low-income and moderate-income residents, and promote regional collaboration.
