Allows certain Commonwealth employees to solicit political contributions from fellow employees for political committees.

This bill amends the General Laws to allow certain employees of the Commonwealth to solicit contributions from fellow employees for a political committee organized by their exclusive representative. The purpose of these committees is to improve terms and conditions of certain public employees. This change aims to provide these employees with the right to participate collectively in the political process.
