The bill amends the ballot question process for establishing the Great River Regional School District in Massachusetts. It requires the towns of Bernardston, Gill, Leyden, Northfield, Warwick, and Montague to place a question on the ballot at the first annual or special town election. If a majority of voters in each town approve, the district will include all six towns. If Warwick voters do not approve, the district will include only the other five towns.
