Massachusetts H5650 amends existing laws to allow the town of Topsfield to convert four licenses for selling wine and malt beverages not to be drunk on the premises to four licenses for selling all alcoholic beverages not to be drunk on the premises. The bill also prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages in containers less than 200 milliliters. Existing licensees in good standing will remain licensed to sell wines and malt beverages until they are issued a new license for selling all alcoholic beverages. The changes take effect upon the bill's passage.
