This bill authorizes the Massachusetts Department of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance, in consultation with the Department of Fish and Game, to transfer a 50-foot wide permanent right-of-way and easement to Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC. The easements are intended for the construction, maintenance, and operation of a natural gas pipeline and associated facilities. Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC must compensate the Commonwealth for any difference in value between the easements and any land conveyed to the Commonwealth.
