This bill restructures the town of Ludlow recreation department and the town of Ludlow recreation commission by abolishing the Recreation Department and establishing the Parks & Recreation Division within the Department of Public Works. The Select Board will appoint new members of the Recreation Commission for staggered three-year terms. The Recreation Commission and Parks & Recreation Division will have all powers and duties contained in applicable laws.
