Massachusetts H5602 authorizes Ludlow to grant three additional all-alcohol licenses for on-premises consumption.

Massachusetts H5602 allows the town of Ludlow to issue three extra licenses for selling alcohol to be consumed on-site. These licenses are subject to all regulations except for certain restrictions. The town can transfer these licenses to another location and issue them to new applicants if they meet specific conditions. If a license is canceled, revoked, or unused, it must be returned. This act takes effect upon passage.
