Amends the town manager act for the town of Danvers, establishing the town manager's duties and powers.

The bill amends the town manager act for the town of Danvers, establishing the town manager's duties and powers. The town manager is appointed by the select board and is responsible for supervising and directing the administration of all departments, commissions, boards, and offices, except the select board, the school committee, the zoning board of appeals, the trustees of the Peabody Institute Library, election officers, and the registrars of voters.
