Establishes a 99-year lease for Pilgrim Memorial Park in Plymouth, managed by the Town of Plymouth.

The bill authorizes the Commissioner of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance, in consultation with the Commissioner of Conservation and Recreation, to enter into a 99-year lease with the Town of Plymouth for the Pilgrim Memorial Park. The lease includes the fields, facilities, land, and appurtenances. The Town of Plymouth will provide general oversight, carry comprehensive general liability insurance, and be responsible for maintenance and fees. The park will remain accessible to the public when not in use by permittees.
