Authorizes the town of Webster to grant an additional license for off-premises alcohol sales to Pine View Liquors.

The bill allows the town of Webster to issue one additional license for the sale of alcoholic beverages not to be consumed on the premises. This license is specifically for G.T. Legacy Group d/b/a Pine View Liquors, to be located at Pine View Plaza. The license must be issued within three years of the act's passage and can be transferred to a new applicant if the original license is not renewed or is cancelled. The license is subject to all conditions of chapter 138 of the General Laws, except section 17.
