Introduced·7/16/26
Introduced Text

Authorizes the town of Webster to grant a license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages not to be drunk on the premises.

This bill allows the town of Webster to issue an additional license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages not to be consumed on the premises. The license is specifically for G.T. Legacy Group d/b/a Pine View Liquors, located at Pine View Plaza. The license is subject to all conditions of Chapter 138 except section 17. The license must be issued within three years of the act's passage and cannot be transferred to another location. If the license is not renewed or is cancelled, it must be returned to the licensing authority, which may then grant it to a new applicant at the same location.
