Massachusetts H5582 allows the town of East Bridgewater to issue up to four additional licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages not to be consumed on the premises. The licenses are specifically granted to Shyamsundara Corporation, Crocetti Oakdale Packing Co, Inc., T Sikder Corporation, and Om Tri-Town Express, Inc. The licenses are subject to all provisions of chapter 138 except section 17. The licensing authority cannot approve the transfer of these licenses to other locations but can grant them to new applicants at the same location if certain conditions are met.
