Establishes the ENOUGH fund to support community-driven strategies aimed at reducing poverty.

The ENOUGH Act creates the Engaging Neighborhoods, Organizations, Unions, Governments and Households Fund (ENOUGH fund) to support collaborative efforts aimed at reducing poverty. The fund will provide grants to eligible entities, including non-profits, schools, and community organizations, to develop place-based strategies in distressed neighborhoods. The grants will focus on reducing poverty, improving education, health, and safety, and connecting residents to jobs and services.
