Relative to Fall River polling places

Allows Fall River City Council to change polling places if it benefits public convenience or health.

The bill allows the Fall River City Council to change polling places if it determines that the public convenience or public health would be better served. The council must evaluate and report on any potential adverse impacts on access to the polls based on race, national origin, disability, income, or age. The council must make this report publicly available and notify voters via electronic means. The council can designate polling places in non-adjacent precincts if it benefits the public.
