This bill modifies the membership rules for the Conservation Commission in Chatham, Massachusetts. It allows the selectboard to appoint three associate members to the commission for terms not exceeding one year. The chairman can also designate an associate member to fill in for a regular member in cases of absence, inability to act, conflict of interest, or vacancy. The act takes effect immediately upon passage.
