Massachusetts H5523 allows the town of Sharon to prohibit the use of second-generation anticoagulant rodenticides. This includes prohibiting the application of such pesticides by licensed commercial applicators, except when allowed by the Board of Health to address a public health condition. This act takes effect upon passage.
