Massachusetts H5522 allows the town of Lincoln to prohibit anticoagulant rodenticides.

Massachusetts H5522 permits the town of Lincoln to enact an ordinance banning the use of anticoagulant rodenticides, except when authorized by the Board of Health to address a public health issue. This bill takes effect immediately upon passage.
