Establishes recall elections for elected officials in the town of Sudbury, Massachusetts.

This bill provides for recall elections in the town of Sudbury, Massachusetts. It allows for the recall of any elected official if at least 10% of registered voters sign a petition within 28 days. The Select Board must then order an election within 65 to 100 days. If a majority votes in favor of recall, the official is removed from office. The official cannot be re-elected in the recall election and cannot be appointed to any town office for two years after the recall.
