This bill provides supplemental appropriations for fiscal year 2026 to various state agencies and programs. It allocates funds to the Massachusetts Offshore Wind Industry Investment Trust Fund, the Massachusetts State Police, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, and the Military Division. It also makes adjustments to the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Fee Retained Revenue and the Communications Access Trust Fund.
