Authorizes the city of Holyoke to regulate or prohibit the use of second generation anti-coagulant rodenticides.

The bill allows the city of Holyoke to regulate or prohibit the use of second generation anti-coagulant rodenticides through local bylaw or board of health regulation or ordinance. This includes the ability to prohibit such pesticides by licensed commercial applicators. The bill also repeals any conflicting provisions in previous acts. The changes will take effect immediately upon passage.
