Massachusetts H5461 authorizes the town of Weston to issue an additional license for on-premises alcohol sales to Weston Breakfast, LLC.

Massachusetts H5461 allows the town of Weston to grant an additional license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be consumed on the premises to Weston Breakfast, LLC at 31 Center Street. The license is subject to all relevant laws and regulations, and must be exercised in the dining room and other public areas deemed appropriate by the licensing authority. The license must be returned if terminated or not renewed, and can be reissued to a new applicant within three years. The license must be issued within two years of the act's passage.
