Massachusetts H5461 authorizes the town of Weston to grant an additional license for the sale of alcoholic beverages on premises.

Massachusetts H5461 allows the town of Weston to issue an additional license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be consumed on the premises. The license is subject to restrictions and must be granted to Weston Breakfast, LLC, located at 31 Center Street. The license can be transferred to a new applicant at the same location if the original license is terminated or not renewed. The license must be issued within two years of the act's passage.
