Massachusetts H5451 authorizes the town of Marion to grant an additional license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages not to be drunk on the premises to C & J Sull LLC, d/b/a J. Sull Wine. The license is subject to all applicable laws except section 17 of chapter 138. The license cannot be transferred to another location but can be granted to a new applicant at the same location if the previous license is in good standing. The license must be returned to the licensing authority if terminated or cancelled, and the authority may grant it to a new applicant within three years.
