Relative to the issuance of certain liquor licenses in the city of Easthampton

Authorizes the city of Easthampton to issue up to 8 additional liquor licenses for alcoholic beverage sales.

The bill allows the city of Easthampton to issue up to 8 additional licenses for the sale of all alcoholic beverages. These licenses must be issued by the city's licensing authority and are subject to all provisions of chapter 138 of the General Laws, except section 17. The licenses cannot be transferred to a different location outside of Easthampton but can be reissued to a new applicant at the same location if the previous license is terminated or not renewed. This act takes effect upon passage.
