The parcels, previously part of the Lancaster Industrial School for Girls, are intended for general municipal purposes. If Bolton does not purchase the parcels within 180 days, the commissioner can sell or lease them. The commonwealth will not be liable for any claims related to the parcels. The proceeds from any sale will go into the General Fund.
