Massachusetts H5434 provides for the appointment of up to two associate members of the Planning Board of the town of Tisbury to fill vacancies on the board. The select board and planning board of Tisbury can appoint these associate members by a majority vote of the combined members present and voting, for terms of five years. This act overrides any conflicting laws and takes effect upon passage.
