Massachusetts H5425 allows the town of Southborough to issue an additional license for the sale of alcoholic beverages not intended for on-premises consumption. The bill specifies that the license can be granted to Costco Atlantic Liquors, Inc., located at 21 Coslin Drive, Southborough, MA. The Licensing Authority must ensure the license is returned if it is cancelled, revoked, or unused, and may then grant it to a new applicant at the same location. The license is subject to all provisions of Chapter 138, except Section 17.
