Authorizes Lynnfield to transfer funds from the Golf Enterprise Fund to the Recreation Capital Trust Stabilization Fund for synthetic turf field.

This bill allows the town of Lynnfield to move money from the Golf Enterprise Fund to the Recreation Capital Trust Stabilization Fund. This transfer can be used to fund large and long-term capital projects, improvements, and turf replacement for the town’s synthetic turf fields. The amount moved each year cannot exceed $100,000 and must not interfere with the annual costs of operating and maintaining the Reedy Meadow and King Rail Golf Courses.
