Massachusetts H5383 allows the town of Oxford to grant two additional licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages to be consumed off the premises. The licenses are subject to local approval and must be returned to the licensing authority if terminated or revoked. The act takes effect upon passage and licenses must be issued within three years.
