Massachusetts H5378 authorizes the town of Marion to grant an additional license for off-premises alcohol sales.

Massachusetts H5378 allows the town of Marion to issue an extra license for selling alcoholic beverages not meant for on-site consumption. This license can only be granted to C & J Sull LLC, operating as a new applicant. The license is subject to all regulations under chapter 138, except for section 17, and any conditions set by Marion's select board. The license cannot be transferred to another location but can be granted to a new applicant at the same location if certain conditions are met.
