Massachusetts H5365 amends the home rule charter of the town of Falmouth to create the Falmouth Licensing Commission. This commission will enforce laws, rules, and regulations related to licensing for businesses, entities, and individuals. It will issue licenses for innholders, common victuallers, and entertainment, including theatrical exhibitions, public shows, and public amusements. The commission will also have the power to make rules and regulations, impose conditions, and enforce licensing laws.
